5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the parcel may be held at a local depot or returned. Redelivery/return charges may apply. Use carrier tools to reschedule or add instructions where available.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Transit damage: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note this with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents. Lost shipments: If your parcel does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
