Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Electreia. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options under UK consumer law and how we handle returns for customers worldwide. 1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all manufacturer packaging (inner and outer).
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. How to Request a Return
Email info@electreia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Clearly mark the RMA on the parcel and pack securely. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / Not suitable: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty or incorrect item: We cover reasonable return costs (contact us for a prepaid label or approval).
We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
3A. International Returns (outside the UK)
Mark parcels as “Returned goods” to avoid import charges on re-entry. Duties/taxes on the original shipment are set by local authorities and are non-refundable. Improperly declared returns may have fees deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping is refundable only if we are at fault (wrong/defective item) under UK law.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage.
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Gift cards and downloadable/virtual software.
- Personalised, custom-built, or clearance items (unless defective).
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or you discover a fault, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method only. Original shipping is refundable only if we are at fault (wrong/defective item). Otherwise, it is non-refundable, including for international orders. Banks/card issuers may take 1–2 billing cycles to post funds. Currency conversion differences may occur.
7. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
