Orders & Accounts
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you view order history faster and save details for next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or edit details, email us immediately at info@electreia.co.uk. If the order has already shipped, please use our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your coupon at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order and it doesn’t apply to gift cards or already-discounted items.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is £9.99 flat. Orders of £50+ ship free. Express options may appear at checkout if available.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 business day. Typical estimates: UK 2–4 business days • Europe 5–10 business days • Rest of World 7–14 business days. Times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays or weather.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking once shipped. Soon you’ll also be able to use our “Track Your Order” page with your order number and email.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
International shipments may have import duties/taxes/fees charged by local customs. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window and conditions?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals. Proof of purchase required.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers postage. If faulty/wrong item, we’ll cover reasonable return costs—contact us for approval/label.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receipt/inspection. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks may take 1–2 billing cycles to post.
Warranty & Faults
How long is the warranty?
Most electronics include 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties may differ.
What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
For transit damage, note it with the courier and contact us within 48h with photos. For DOA (non-functional), contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@electreia.co.uk with subject “Warranty Claim”, order number, product/SKU, fault description and photos/videos. We’ll send RMA instructions.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway using TLS encryption. We don’t store card data. Your bank may require 3-D Secure.
Products & Compatibility
Are your products new or refurbished?
We sell new products. If an item is refurbished or graded, it will be clearly labelled.
Will a charger or accessory work in my country?
Check the product page for plug type and voltage. UK standards apply to most items. For other regions, an adapter may be required.
